Bend Real Estate 2020 Update: Buyers and Sellers Returning to Market

According to a market report from Zillow, new pending sales and new listings are pieces of evidence of buyers and sellers returning to the market. This marks the beginning of a stronger and thriving bend real estate market.

With these in mind, the economy is now slowly recovering from downfall because of COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.

Buyer demand also continues to show improvements after new pending sales are up 40.8% from last May.

Also, contrary to the previous month’s reports, sellers are now returning to put their homes for sale after putting them on hold because of the pandemic. They’re up 37.8% from last month and 7.2 % from a week ago as per Zillow’s market report.

Zillow economists expect sales volume to rebound strongly in the bend real estate market and forecast to recover almost fully by the end of the year.
